I've recently subscribed to a data plan and it's been working, however I can't login into the public mobile app as it keeps sending me back to the login page after the 2fa. When i login online, it shows me "Forbidden A1".
My data works. I can make outgoing calls too but I can't recieve calls or texts. I can't login to my account either and I've tried to submit a ticket but failed as I can't login.
