I didnt get my SIM card

I ordered my SIM card to move to PM but i am still waiting since january 18th. What kind of service is this?

Online it show it only takes 12 days maximum. Whats going on? I wanted to move from the previous provider but now you force me to stay with them and I will have to look a better company than PM. I think I will ask a reimboursement since the mistake PM has made. Anyone can tell me what to do at this poing? I am so dissapointed. 

I registered with PM because  a colleague of mine told me it is a nice place to be but I cannot believe so.

Thank you so much for helping me. I just send a message and they are asking me to buy a SIM card when I have already paid my SIM card and I have waited too long plus the fact my previous provider just charged me anohter month. So now, short budget. I didnt want to be in this situation that is why I ordered my SIM card on time. My friend reached PM and they said keep waiting, be patient. Now I see it will not arrive.

@Yannick200   Delivery time seems to vary widely.  Mine only took a week, others have reported taking up to 3 weeks.  PM's recommendation is to contact them if it hasn't arrived within ten business days.  You can do that by private message, but if you are near a Telus/Koodo corporate store you can pick one up there.  If you want to ask customer service to check status you can send them a private message via this link

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages if no envelope.  It seems with PM getting started is the hard part, I've had no problems since signing up over a year ago.

Advertised delivery time is 5-10 business days. Sometimes it is faster, sometimes longer (or way longer). Sometimes people do not get it at all.
Nothing to do with PM. Blame Canada post, mail thieves, redirected to wrong address, etc. -  pick your choice.
