my current login account showing as i am activating new sim but i am using this account for years but first time this is happening. I tried with deleted history/ incognito but still problem is same. please help

You will need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket or dm them for help.

It seems your account is not linked to your SIM.
