I just got the same message (that I’ve used 95% of my data. I’m also on a 1GB plan. I’m not even halfway through my month and I never use all my data. What’s going on and how do I fix it! Thanks to anyone who can help.

PM data keeping is usually accurate.
check your phone data usage page and confirm which app used most the data in the last 2 weeks.
if you still have doubt, ask PM support agent to confirm. Submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
