I cannot log in ( error message - log in disabled), nor can i send/receive text messages or phone calls

Eventually.... because you are dealing with private information like account number, etc., most of the messaging has to be done via PM. It will be faster to PM moderator with all the details needed for your request.

I thought that by tagging the MOD that it automatically caused them to jump on to the thread... Is that not the case?

You likely need to contact moderator via private messaging. It would be faster. But, expect 1-2 day wait time unfortunately. To reset your password for self service account or porting issues, you need moderator help.
Here is instructions to contact moderator:
Recommendation: do not send multiple message to moderators. Each new message will put you further down the job list.
