I’m trying to login but my email I used is not valid anymore to confirm it’s me with a code, how do I change this

While you can still login with your email as the user name by asking the system to send the 2FA code to your phone, it is better and safer to update the user id with your current email address.
Open ticket with CS Agent and have them to change for you
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Choose to get the text with the code instead sent to your phone. It's easier.
