I’m trying to login but my email I used is not valid anymore to confirm it’s me with a code, how do I change this

@Timer you have a new username but you are a regular here, you should know there is no need to repeat.  You want more posts for more rewards.  But the truth is , good posts will give you more rewards

Hi @Timer - did you know you repeated what @hTideGnow said nearly 4 hours earlier?

 

It it helpful to read the full thread to see what others have posted so you do not repeat redundant information in posts.

HI @ericapeterson 

 

While you can still login with your email as the user name by asking the system to send the 2FA code to your phone, it is better and safer to update the user id with your current email address.  

 

Open ticket with CS Agent and have them to change for you

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
