My credit card has been replaced (New number). I need to make changes to that information to reactivate the account. I have done so successfully with one account but can't with the other. Every time I go to reset the password and then try it it fails. Very frustrating. How do I move forward from here.

Have you tried another browser or even device? Are you using a mobile browser or non-mobile?
This site has been horrendously poorly designed and implemented. It works for some. It's trouble for others. It's evidently not made to accommodate all browsers and effects thus the many problems we see.

Unfortunately nothing seems to work. How can I get this escalated?

Since it worked well for one account, try to clear cache in internet browser or use different browser. Even rebooting your computer might help.

@Monty2016 hi try clearing your cache or try a different browser in ingognito or secret mode also try a different device to sign in , reboot your device
