I lost the registered SIM card and got a new SIM card to replace .But, I could not log into my account hence can't change the SIM. I no longer can access my old email account. Need help as soon as possible.

Since you cannot receive code through phone and have no access to email, open a ticket and ask agent to change your email and then proceed to log in.
Mind you, it might take a while for agent to respond as they are overwhelmed with requests for assistance.
