Just checking...is your account suspended right now?

Do you have any services?

 

If you have been suspended for over 90 days your account, phone number and any rewards/funds in your account are gone (account is closed).

 

If within 90 days contact the Customer Support Agents and submit a ticket as in previous post.

i am permanently locked out. There is a glitch with login. I have reset the password and it says locked out. I have left it’s for weeks and when I return it says the same thing, that I am locked out. This is very frustrating

they can solve your issue, they are nice service Team the will help you 100%.

If what @JK8 suggested is not working try, clearing you browser's history or try a different device.

Remember to check your junk email folder for any response.

 

If still issues after above, submit a ticket by either the two methods below:

1 - Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile CSAs) by clicking on the bottom, right chat bubble.
OR

Try the Forgot your password link. Wait 1 hour to try again. The lock should be removed by then.
