I have the same issue and public mobile moderator was not able to help. I have to contact the cell phone manufacturer in order to get the unlock code.

Try the sim in your new phone...do you see Public Mobile as the network ?
What kinda phone ? Is it unlocked ?

@Jenfinlay hello did you just sign up ? do you need your phone unlocked if so go to your previous service provider good luck if it is a samsung they have online support that will help you unlock it

What exactly is the message that displays as there are different types of codes. Some only Moderators can provide.
