Hi there,

I've been locked out of my account, I can't even login to change it; it states to contact public mobile.  How do i get passed this, I need to pay my monthly bill before its too late

To ensure you have service consider buying a voucher and adding to your account by dialing 611. In fact, if you already have credit card on file use 611 to make a payment from it.

First wait a couple of hours, and try the account reset function again using incognito mode on your browser: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/.

If that fails, create a ticket to subnit to the moderators. As response time is 2 - 5 days, you will need a backup plan if you cannot make a payment via 611. My goto backup is the fongo.com app.

Click on the SIMon chat icon (the question mark).  Type in "open ticket" and "'contact us" to open a service ticket.  You'll be ask to catrgorize the issue for the moderators. For account authentication, you can have a text message with a code sent to your phone.

You could purchase a voucher or use recharge.com and call 611 to make a payment.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies the reboot.  If you still have problems the submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
