I'm sure you have resolved this situation by now. If you ever have a repeat, and don't want to wait for the moderators, buy a new SIM then Change SIM in your self serve account. PM SIMs have no lock when new.

If you get locked out, then you will need to contact the Mod, they will likely give you a personal unlock code for your SIM.
