I had my crdit card stolen, my phone plan did not renew while travelling
I can not log into my account as it says "locked out". I have waited 1 hour, then on-line it says wait 3 hours, I wsaited overnight - same issue.
I was able to change my password, but after allowing that it still says locked out.
I sent to private message to cs_agent - no response
Any ideas?

It can take a few hours for a response. They work till 10pm est I think if you don't get a response by 10 you will have to wait till tomorrow. How long has your plan been inactive if more then 90 days the account is closed and your number is gone.

you tried using the Public Mobile app as well? you might be able log back in using the app
