My spouse moved to public mobile and needs to change his method of payment but he can’t get logged back into acct as pin sent to a previous phone number not in service what does he do to get back into account

Excellent reply it worked.

You should be able to get 2FA via email (instead of text). When you first sign in, there is an option for "didn't receive code".  Click on that option and  you should hopefully get 2FA email option instead.

If that does not work, you will need to contact customer service agent.

just ask support to help.  Open ticket with PM using the orange charbot icon on the lower right.  Start the question Submit Ticket,  then choose Contact Us to get to the ticket open screen

you need to login My Account to change the payment.  You can ask support to help by messging them

if you need to renew the account first, buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC, then at least you have active service first
