Locked out

I’m locked out of my account.  Says to wait an hour due to too many log in attempts but I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks.  Suggestions?

@Aabbcc try again using browser with Incognito mode 

and also try using the Public Mobile app. *f you already tried, then uninstall the apps reboot phone and reinstall and try again
