Hi I was locked out of my account like 6 mths ago, my number is still active i just need to get into my account 

I created a new one using my same email but it thinks I'm a new customer 

 How can I get into my account

you probably using a different email to login My Account before, you will need to submit ticket with CS agent here:

@Beckz2  You have to create a new ever safe ID if you haven’t already . And you should be able to log in . If your still having issues please submit ticket with support using this direct link
