Out of nowhere, password doesn't work. Okay, reset it... according to all the rules.... special character, etc. Accepts my new password, try to log in and it fails... again and again. Not even a question here, logged in using a different account and would just like to comment what a complete clown show this company is. Programmers must be teenage kids on summer break doing their first IT work. CLOWN SHOW!!!!

also, try using a desktop or laptop device if available. Users report less issues over mobile use of these items.

@2bugsinamug try the whole reset password and login procedure using Incgonito mode and see if it works. 

If not, you will have to open ticket with support and have them to reset the account password
