I have been a customer for well over a year but I have been locked out of my self service. I tried password reset but it tells me to contact support and I can’t find how to contact support anywhere!!! How do I contact support????

Please open a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
Once you're there, type in "forgot security question answer".
