I’ve just started useing public and never been able to sign in my account is locked out. Not a good first impression trying to get this changed the place I purchased my public filled in information and just gave it to me. How do I reset everything to be able to sign in useing my email and personal phone number. I’m seriously thinking of going back to provider I cam from. No idea how to communicate to you folks.

@Peter57,, there are no options for moderator communications, other than the Private Messages referred earlier in this thread. That’s it... nothing else.

Can you talk with a moderator in the community or not? If not I can email one for you..

@Mudde, Do you already have a slef serve account, and need to get a password reset? Or, did you sign up at a retail location? If it was a retail location, you need to set up your self serve portal account by going to this page and clicking on Create Account. From there you should be able to get all set up. If this is not your situation, please provide some additional details.

Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs, 1 message at a time). The reset password function is not working.
