How do I get into my account and change pass and 4 dig pin for the 611 line

If you tried login too many times with wrong password. Wait an hour and click on Forgot Password to access your account to change your PIN.

Wait a while and your account will become unlocked. Clear your browser cache and then go incognito when using self service. Use the Forgot your password link if you need to.
