Locked out of my account and now unable to use forgot password.

How do I get back in to my account??

@Ahuddy, the password reset function is broken at the moment. You will need to reach out to the moderator team to complete the password reset. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include in the private message account number and PIN code. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.

If your account has been suspended for more than 90 days it will be deleted and you would have lost your number.

If you have forgotten your passwaord, and the forgot password isn't working, send a private message to the moderators with your email, account and 4 digit pin
