I've been locked out of my Public Mobile account. When attempting to reset my password, I entered my email adress and received the message that the account had been locked and told to contact Public Mobile. Am I able to have my login credentials reset?

Try to reset you password again after 1 hour.
If your account is still locked after retry in an hour, send a private message to moderator to unlock your account .
