Hi there
I have now been locked out of my account for 6 weeks. Whenever I try to get my password reset it just says to wait 60 mins and try again.
I can’t sign in because my account is locked and I can’t report a problem because I need to be logged in to do so. Please fix this asap?

this issue usually resolvable if you use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to reset password and login again. Please try
