Trying to log in and reset password but I get a message saying I am locked out of my account.

@SA3  Also, you are trying to do something urgent?  you can try *611 but many options with *611 need the 4 digits PIN to complete.   

 

But if you forgot the 4 digits PIN and would like it reset, you can also open ticket with PM Support

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,

check your email spam,

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will reset for you,

Try using incognito/private browsing mode to reset your password. If that doesn't work, you will need to reach out to CSA agent and they will reset it for you.

After waiting the FULL hour, do the following:

 

  1. clear cache and cookies
  2. open incognito tab
  3. try again
  4. another option is to utilize a completely different browser on a completely different device on the login attempt after the hour

@SA3   I would wait a bit longer.  Maybe wait another hour, make sure a full hour

 

But if you don't want to wait, you can go ahead and open a ticket with  PM Support.  But PM support might or might not reply quick.  Could be fast like within an hour or could be a bit longer like 2 hours or more.  To open ticket with PM

If you are locked out, you will need to wait about one hour before attempting to reset your password again.
