I need help to get into my public mobile account to change my credit card information. It wont let me do anything, I need help! I need my phone service back. Help me!!

When you follow the steps @Murco provided it may also be wise to include your most active email address just if you cannot access your pm registered email. Also a seperate phone number if available. Best of luck!
