Locked out of account, again

Hi everytime I try to get into my account to change my payment details it seems as though I can't remember my password. I go to change the password, I go through all the steps and then it says, "Password cannot be changed at this time, try again later". Later comes, same message. This is the second time now and if this issue isn't resolved, I'm going to access my account for the final time to cancel the plan. It's getting absurd.

@jdubovis  Still stuck and open to suggestions? Then to

obtain a support ticket click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.

I tried this and still got the same message 😞 it doesn't exactly help that they cut off my service due to a payment error that I cannot fix

 

Thanks for the help though, I am open to other suggestions

There is a cache issue with the PM website so clear the cache and go incognito on your browser on a laptop or desktop computer.

Try completely clearing your system cache and cookies and then enter your username and your password and save it to your device.

 

It should remember your login credentials.

 

That way you don't have to try to remember, and forget, it.
