Hi there,
I've forgotten the password to my self service. I hit the 'Forgot my Password' link and had a link sent to my email to get it changed but it still doesn't seem to be working (using the new changed password). I am now locked out of my account. Can someone please help?

Try clearing the browser cache or using icognito mode and see if the new password will work.
