Locked out of Self serve

I tried to log onto my PM account today but with no success. I've been greeted with this message: "Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help."

 

Any help would be appreciated.

@eliu048, if you are locked out (an not simply forgotten password) you need to contact moderators via private message.

Click here to send the moderator team a private message. Their hours are: Mon-Fri 9AM-9PM(EST) & Sat/Sun 9AM-7:30PM(EST)

@eliu048, could this be due to too many unsuccessful login attempts?  You could try the password reset.  Some customers are able to make that work while some don't receive the password reset email.  In any event, if you are unable to restore the access using this technique, then I suggest contacting the moderator team for support.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.

Note the orange ball and ? mark on bottom right side of the page. Click it and type "Locked out of self service". You'll get instruction on how to reset password. Good luck.
