So I created a new public mobile account.
I still have access to my physical SIM card (not the container card it came in), and my email address.
Could someone please help me.
I am locked out and I don’t know what to do, I need my phone to travel.

it’s a PM SIM. Yeah it’s locked because it asked for the code and PUK after

HI @mcalva you sure it is a sim card lock? not carrier lock on your phone? what error message does it show?
if it is carrier unlock caode, PM won't be able to help if you didn't buy from PM or Telus
