Locked out of SIM - need a code to login but SIM is locked

  • SIM locked
  • Need a PUK
  • Public Mobile is all online
  • I need a code to log onto Public Mobile
  • Couldn’t do it. 

So I created a new public mobile account. 
I still have access to my physical SIM card (not the container card it came in), and my email address. 

 

Could someone please help me. 

I am locked out and I don’t know what to do, I need my phone to travel.

HI @mcalva  it is not instant but usually not too long.  1 or 2 hours.  So, check your Community inbox, the envelope icon on top right

it’s a PM SIM. Yeah it’s locked because it asked for the code and PUK after

HI @mcalva   you sure it is a sim card lock? not carrier lock on your phone?  what error message does it show?

if it is carrier unlock caode, PM won't be able to help if you didn't buy from PM or Telus
