A family member is also a public mobile user. Their payment info needs updating, and the disastrous, new eversafe login does not recognize his previous email on the account, so they are locked out of the account. Forgot email option sends the resultant email to the previous email, but is not capable of logging in using that same email address. Please advise.

@alynn there are couple users with such issue too. This is likely due to the My Account upgrade today. Please direct message PM support and they will sort it out
