Keep getting this message everytime I attempt to login. "Exceeded the number of log-in attempts. Your account is locked. Please try again after 1 hour" How do I fix this.

Sorry to hear that? Was that person's credit card card being used to pay for the Public Mobile service? If that's the case, the credit card would be cancelled as soon as the bank is informed that the customer has passed away. This would cause payment to Public Mobile to fail and the Public Mobile account would automatically close after the account has been in suspension for 90 days.

Try using incognito mode, clearing your app/browser cache and using a different browser.
