get unlock from my account intry resetting my password but not even that is working. Thank you

I was able to get a reset passward email from PM earlier today.
Wait until tomorrow morning and trial again after the maintenance update Oct 13th 11:00 PM ET to Sunday, Oct 14th 8:00 AM ET

This happened to me. It let me reset my password fine. Id suggest contacting the mods and they will help you.

Sorry, sadly the password reset is still broken for most people, you need to contact the moderator team Click this to send the moderator team a message and include your name, account number and phone number, pin number, date of birth, mailing address and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)
Why is the Self-Serve password reset functionality not working?

The password reset function is broken.
You will have to send a message to the mods to have them help you reset your password.
Here is the link to send them a message, include your account name, phone number, pin and description of your issue:
