I would take the BBB with a grain of salt, but CCTS is more useful and open .

The wife was on Koodo for years, and didn't have any complaints. Back in the glory days of the Nexus 5, she got her phone from koodo with $100 prepaid gift card as a bonus, and a battery pack (handy...for the nexus 5). Only paid something like $45/month for 1gb of data - which wasn't shabby at the time.

Now shes with PM. One of us. One of us. One of us.

Koodo is one of the best.

Besides it is really quite easy to close any account in Canada; just port-out your number to anyone else. Alternatively, login to the account, post a notice, and delete the credit card.

These kind of stats need to be taken with a grain of salt.  Those who enjoy the service do not go to the BBB and register their pleasure with the service.  As always, there's no one size fit all.  Luckily there's choice, albeit insufficient in this country.
