Location.Service hidden system app how to remove

So I got this problem here with my phone I finally figured it out because the ticket people can figure it out but I still don't have an answer so I have this hidden system app on my phone call location service and it's redirecting all my calls text messages and it's been doing it for the last past month no wonder I've been called in for work or anything like it's pisses me off anyways how do I fix this I'll send a screenshot

I just figured out how to use ADB and removed it using that.

Why don't you uninstall the one you installed??

And try Reset Network Settings 

And you checked you PM sim in another phone?? 

Also try another active sim on this S22

On my Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra I'm no longer able to receive call text messages and and data are being redirected because of this LocationService app different from the location services app on the phone. I installed Package Names and came across something not right. Pictures attached. Does anybody know how I can remove this app because it's redirecting all my calls text messages and anything data related including emails it has taken control of my SIM card and I feel like I'm being attacked and it's been like this for a month and might service provider hasn't been able to help me. What does a guy do?
