Line is active but eSIM is not on my phone -> impossible to receive text message to allow identif.

Hi,

I created an account but something went wrong when installing the eSIM through the publicmobile app.

Now my account and number is shown active but not installed on the phone.

When trying to login to my account (email and password) I get the security code send to my email. I enter it and am asked to "identify yourself" and it send a text message to my chosen phone number. As the eSIM did not install on the phone I am not receiving the text message with the security code.

How do I proceed to get to allow installing the eSim from where I am now?

@LePere - Do you see it in Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data settings? Please enable it to priority and enable it. If you do not see a Public Mobile eSIM on your device settings please refer to the welcome activation email that should look like this:

Scan the QR code that is in the 2nd picture but ON YOUR WELCOME EMAIL.
