@Shanehuston if you just paid $20 to activate your plan and your phone is not working did you try to REBOOT?
What is the status say in your Self Serve account?
Or what does it say when you call 611?

@Shanehuston If you have a service, don't worry, funds would be automatically used at renewal date. If you don't have a service, you need to click on Reactivation button in your self-service account.

I know it is stressful especially with the chaotic world at the moment, just stay calm. Is your service suspended at all? if so try dialing from your cell *611, if not i know you can place a ticket online through public mobile,

when your regular plan renews...that's when it'll take your $$ if you don't have Autopay set up yet.
EDIT...unless you're currently suspended / expired.

Hi is your phone currently suspended? Are you trying to reactivate? What's the plan cost? Ie is plan cost less than funds?
Do you see a reactivate button?
Try toggeling the lost stolen freature under plans.
