Length of agreement or term

Hello, I recently signed up for the 50 gb Can/US plan.  I’m waiting for the physical SIM to arrive so haven’t activated yet.  I’m wondering how to determine  what the term length of my plan is, for example is it 30 days or 90 days.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Sim cards are notorious late delivery. Your best is buying bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax). This was what I did after waiting almost 2 weeks and my sim not arriving.

Thanks for the information.  Much appreciated.  I only signed up Friday so the SIM should arrive soon.

unless you chose 90 days, the plans are usually 30 days.  

and you are still waiting for the sim? maybe you can message support agent and ask them where the sim is now as well as if you have chosen the 30 days plan
