 I see , okay i don't know how to access my account could someone message me on how i can get into my account or the info i need, is there; someone who can help with this ?

First, you need to buy a new Public mobile SIM $5 from Amazon or $10 from Telus store

second, login your account on the app, go to account tab, Change Your SIM card

if your phone supports eSIM, you may buy eSIM from the app for $5 and you will active immediately

You'll need to acquire another PM SIM card (or use e-SIM), and associate that SIM card number with your account by logging into your account self-serve, and doing so in your Profile tab.

Then you can place the SIM into your new device.

Try a local Koodo or TELUS corporate location to see if they have any Public Mobile SIM cards unless you're going to use e-SIM which can be purchased using the PM app.
