is there a Mobile Klinik in your area ? They have the correct PM sims for $10. Alternatively, know anyone with an Amazon Prime account ? Get them to order one for you from Amazon for about $5 and they ship fast...you'll have it in a couple days. Whatever alternative method you chose, get a sim, create your account and activate that account...then get PM to credit you for the original sim that was shipped to you in error.

they sent the wrong sim and you need a PM sim
Tell PM and ask them to resend. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

@EdSheridan It seems to happen occasionally that they send the wrong one, unfortunately. If you can open a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, it's the recommended way to contact support but if that doesn't work for you send them a private message using this link

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar to access messages. They may tell you to go to a Telus/Koodo store to buy a Public Mobile sim, or get one from Amazon and they will reimburse you the cost. Or you can do that yourself anyway if you are in a hurry, and hope that they will credit you afterwards.
