Log into your Account.
Click on Plans and Add-Ons
Click on Change Phone Number
Select - Transfer a wireless or wireline number from another provider.

I believe for postpaid you could do so through the Public Mobile’s Self Serve.
You’ll need:
Phone Number
Account Number
Name on the Account
Prepaid you do indeed require mod assistance.
You have to private message a mod to talk with one. 😉
