Koodo has kidnapped Simon!

I just noticed this today when I went to yell at the Koodo reps

Clicked on the chat button and it comes up with a virtual rep (Simon???) 

That is why Public has been quiet about Simon

He was born and tested here and now moved over to Koodo

I haven't been here all that long but the moderator ranks have undergone a bit of transition.  The only official announcement was when they merged the support into the one fucused area.  Personnel changes were never detailed down to names and badge numbers.
