My son is going to UBC Kelowna, and is living in Lake Country. How is PM coverage around those areas, please?

My son spent the months of September & October in Kelowna and had no issues.

My son goes to UBCO and coverage in the area is good.   On campus itself, it is not always the best calling,  but not sure if it would be any better with another provider.  Telus companies have good coverage in the Okanagan in my experience.

@onechris  - Kelowna and Lake Country use 3500 (Enhanced 5G) MHz, so you'll get fast (250Mbps Max on Public Mobile)  and mostly reliable coverage (2-4 bars), but if you want to see the closest cell towers that he is close to, click the link here: https://www.ertyu.org/steven_nikkel/cancellsites.html?.

Please also select "Bell + Telus" as Public Mobile uses those providers, not Rogers.

Hi @onechris

Public Mobile uses Telus network and have great coverage in BC

checked the coverage map : https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/coverage

Lake County, BC has both 5G and 4G , so reception is no problem
