Phone number Port over didn't work. Contacted old service provider and was told by them to contact public. Account is brand new, so I can't verify that I've spent money( because I haven't).

Just want to talk to a human, no AI chat bot.

So the solution chosen mentioned something I had been asking until your earlier post was removed. So you did not reply to a text on the old sim?

Call the number in the link to re-trigger the transfer request and put your old sim in a phone and confirm the transfer.

Still annoying that there isn't a phone number that I can reach, but that they can reach me. At the very least let me like leave a message or something and I can get a call back

While I'm sure that this isn't what you want to read, that chatbot is used to contact customer service.  If you ask to open a ticket, the chatbot will provide instructions.  Did you receive a text message from your old carrier asking permission to send the phone number to Public Mobile?
