Just switched over to public mobile, I have lost service with my other provider already since I was porting in my number, but just got a message on my iPhone saying there was a problem activating your e-sim. Now I have no service at all, HELP!

No need to worry, you can use the Chatbot to submit a ticket to a Customer Service agent.
