Not sure how to open a ticket but I just spent 2 days trying to port my number from Rogers and after I did - it seems I have very poor signal strength - should I delete the old esim? I have followed recommendations of resetting network settings and restarting the phone. I have an iphone 13 mini.

you said old eSIM, did you activate with eSim on PM? or physical sim with PM?
which city and province you are at? you tried the service in different part of the city??
