I have two telephone number under my account, but now I can see only one phone number, how about another one? I can't see it anywhere on the portal.
What can I do?

You cannot have TWO number under one account.
Each PM number is ONE account so you have to have two accounts. You just have to find log in credentials for second account and you will see your second number.

@yong_123 you are only allowed one phone number/account attached to each unique email. So the 2nd phone number was likely never signed up to My Account. Sign up this 2nd number with EverSafe and then log into My Account.

There should ONLY be one number per account per SIM.
If you forgot the login credentials for the other account/number, you can contact support to help you access and reset credentials.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods: (recommend option#2)
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
