And it doesn't seem like I am getting service on my phone either. Will this be fixed automatically?

1) Unfortunately it is time to contact the mods and it`ll take 24-48 hours. Please include sim#, phone#, email used during activation, and detailed description of what happened.

2) Try topping up to 120 and then pick the plan. It worked for some people and they got service. If it works, send a request to the mods to add the extra credit to your account
3) Probably won't be fixed automatically.
4) also does your previous sim work? if it does that means the port in is not complete yet.
