I am on the 2016 fall promo for previous freedom mobile customers.  It seems like the $3 loyalty reward and $6 auto-pay reward have been accumulating on my account instead of being applied to my auto-pay charges. How do I make sure that the next auto...
And it doesn't seem like I am getting service on my phone either. Will this be fixed automatically?
