I have not received the sim card but I have changed my mind and want to cancel.
Can I do that and receive a refund ?

@IronCondor Yes to personal hotspot but no , no wifi calling with PM unfortunately. You would need to look to Koodo or Telus for that

I once bought a sim card but it was never shipped to me. I was able to get a full refund from PM. Contact them and tell them you didn't receive the sim card you paid for and they will refund it to your credit card.

How do I send a private to CS_Agents ?
I can't login to my account as it will only let me activate at this point --- and I don't have the sim

@IronCondorlog into your account and turn off auto subscribe or port out number will close the account
Turn auto subscribe off/on
Also PM is pre paid and no refunds however if you didn’t actually activate the sim then there’s a chance you can get refund in that case send message to support
